Struggling with pain or other medical problems can be physically, emotionally and financially demanding. The last thing you want to be worrying about is the financial part of the process. We will help you to understand the financial options available to you.
Fees
Pain Program
We have established a package program based on the average number of sessions typically required to complete therapy. This distinctive treatment typically requires six one-hour sessions. You may choose to pay at each visit or purchase a package that offers a 10% discount and a guaranteed 10% discounted rate for each subsequent treatment if more than six treatments are required. Typically as much as 40 to 80 percent may be reimbursed through your health insurance plan.
At the completion of your initial examination, your therapist will provide you with your personal estimated number of sessions required to complete therapy.

Infertility Program
Complete resolution is often achieved in sixteen sessions, of which up to as much as 80 percent may be reimbursed through your health insurance plan. JemPT does not accept insurance as a form of payment. We accept most credit cards. Interest free financing is available through CareCredit.
To ensure the best possible outcome, we recommend completing the full 16 hours within 3 months.

Payment
Full payment is expected at the time the services are rendered. We accept cash, check, Visa, Discover, or MasterCard. If you have insurance, it is our policy to help you receive maximum benefits. Joint Effort Manual Physical Therapy does not accept insurance as a form of payment. However, we will provide you with all of the necessary forms so that you can be reimbursed by your insurance company to the extent of your coverage. The amount of reimbursement you receive will vary according to the terms of your insurance policy. Typical reimbursement ranges between 40 - 80%.

Financing is available through CareCredit. CareCredit offers low fixed rate loans with no pre-payment penalty to
approved Joint Effort Manual Physical Therapy patients with monthly payments around $89 a month. To see if you qualify,

Insurance Information
We provide physical therapy (PT) services. Physical therapists are healthcare professionals. We are licensed by the state of Florida to treat pain and dysfunction.
Below is a list of the most common PT procedure codes used for billing purposes. They are defined and approved by the American Medical Association:
- 97001 - PT initial evaluation
- 97110 - therapeutic procedure
- 97112 - neuromuscular reeducation
- 97140 - manual therapy
